Start with neutral settings. Add shared logos under Brand settings and images directly on the pages that use them.

Advanced saving options

The Save editable file button creates a complete HTML. These options are for older JSON projects or optional direct Drive integration.

Legacy JSON backup

Optional: save a lightweight JSON backup for older versions. Use Save editable file for the complete portable HTML file.

More options

Not saved to a folder. Use Save editable file for your normal backup.

Brand Studio confirms the local save. Google Drive for desktop separately uploads the file. No new subscription is needed.

Connect Google Drive directly

Optional developer integration. Requires an authorised HTTPS site, your own Google OAuth web client ID, and the Drive API enabled in Google Cloud. Not needed for synced-folder saving.

Cost notice: Google's current standard API use has no additional charge, but quotas and possible future overage charges are separate from your normal Drive storage. Check Google Cloud billing before enabling this. Brand Studio never activates billing.

Sign-in opens Google, uses only the drive.file permission, and keeps short-lived access tokens in memory—not in client projects.
